The Gatehouse
A two bedroom gatehouse that sits in solitary splendour in the park, complete with games room, hot tub, roaring open fires and the run of the park to explore its glorious oaks, water features and Old English cattle. A short walk to the Dabbling Duck pub, one of Norfolk’s favourites.
The Bothy
Originally the home of the stable groom, the bothy is a lovely little snug above the stables, for a couple and perhaps a child. With only the horses and the hooting owls for neighbours, the bothy is a cute little home from which to explore the wilderness.
The Carriages
Reconditioned and fully furnished railway carriages on the site of the wedding barn provide a cracking place to stay for the bride and groom or whoever is holding a party at our woodland Shangri-La.
Glamping
Seven lovely, furnished bell tents with log burning stoves and double beds await your woodland immersion.
Punch Lodge
Originally the home of the Suffolk Punch horses that pulled the agricultural machinery, before the big machines came in and ruined the landscape. It sits on a lovely pond, itching with biodiversity in the waterlilies and bullrushes. Seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, banqueting and party room, master bedrooms overlooking the pond with a pontoon to take your morning coffee watching the swans and herons doing their thing.
